— Radon Assessment Technical Memorandum (January 2012): This is the second of five
technical memorandum to be released by the Corps in support of the feasibility study. It
assesses potential radon levels for various hypothetical excavation and intrusion scenarios that
would result in a failure of the IWCS cap to contain radon gas releases.
Technical Memorandum Fact Sheet on the Technical Memorandum
— Meteorological Data Evaluation Technical Report (December 2011): This report is also
being used to support the feasibility study. It identifies appropriate meteorological (weather
and wind) data to use in modeling the dispersion of airborne contaminants from the site and
also identifies basic concepts of standard air
quality analyses and assesses the effect of using
different models and input data to assess the dispersion of airborne contaminants.
